About Founder |

Charms Personnel was founded by Katrina Alexander in 2005. After 10 years in the staffing and sales arena, she decided to go it alone and provide personalized corporate staffing services to businesses in need of talented professionals. With the overwhelming need for quality caregivers and domestic staff, she opted to provide additional services to families with children and for seniors needing non-medical assistance.
Katrina, wife and mother, recognizes the demands of work, home and family caregiving. Katrina has earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and is a veteran of the Maryland National Guard, having provided legal support services to our soldiers. Katrina is well aware of the demands of hiring qualified employees for the office and at home. Her ability to deliver has been honed in the military, at home as a mother and in the decision making trenches of business. |

Our staff is dedicated to serving the recruiting needs of businesses as well as household clients throughout the US.
